Return Policy

Return Policy: We hope you are happy with your choice of work. However, Jacob Keleher Jewelry does accept returns on purchased items for shop credit only and within 14 days of purchase and/or 14 days of receipt of goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Credit will be valid for one year. We do not provide refunds. Any item returned for shop credit must be properly packaged, boxed, and insured. Before credit is issued, items will be thoroughly examined to ensure there are no signs of wear or incorrect treatment. ALL DISCOUNTED SALES, CUSTOM PRODUCTS (such as special orders, custom ring sizes or personalized items) and GIFT CARDS cannot be returned for credit and ARE FINAL. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned items. Shipping costs will not be included in your shop credit.

Repairs: After a thorough examination to inspect for signs of misuse or incorrect treatment, Jacob Keleher Jewelry will cover most repair costs up to 1 year after purchase. The purchaser will incur any repair costs that do not meet inspection standards and/or beyond 1 year of purchase which shall include all shipping costs of the item to Jacob Keleher Jewelry and purchaser. 

Holiday and Gift Purchases: In the event of a gift purchase, you may inform us in special instructions of the day the gift will be given to the recipient. The 14-day return policy will begin from the day of gifting which will be noted on your receipt. If the gift is being mailed back to us, you must get in contact with us and send us tracking information within 14 days of gifting. For the holidays, we allow exchanges/store credit up to January 10th.
