Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 4-6 weeks to process your order. 

STORE PICKUP, LOCAL DELIVERY: At this time, we do not offer store pickup or local delivery. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING: Orders are generally shipped within 1-5 business days using United Parcel Service (UPS). We do not ship outside of the continental United States at this time. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: We offer the following flat rate shipping for orders placed within the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii):

Ground Shipping, 1-5 business days, $15.

2-Day Air, 48 hours, $25.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of the United States of America.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Jacob Keleher Jewelry accepts returns on purchased items for shop credit only and within 14 days of purchase and/or 14 days of receipt of goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Credit will be valid for one year. We do not provide refunds. Any item returned for shop credit must be properly packaged, boxed, and insured. Before credit is issued, items will be thoroughly examined to ensure there are no signs of wear or incorrect treatment. ALL DISCOUNTED SALES, CUSTOM PRODUCTS (such as special orders, custom ring sizes or personalized items) and GIFT CARDS cannot be returned for credit and ARE FINAL. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned items. Shipping costs will not be included in your shop credit. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
